Often have we heard of time unfolding, flowing through our times, lives and experiences. But, does time actually unfold, or flow? The laws of physics imply that the passage of time is an illusion.

We may feel as if we drift through time on the fringe between past and future, but that dividing line, the present, does not exist in our actual laws of physics.

In Einstein’s theory of relativity, time interweaves with the three dimensions of space, forming a bending, four dimensional space-time continuum referred to as a ‘’block universe’’ encompassing past, present and future.

In the ‘’block universe’’, everything is decided from the start (deterministic); the initial cosmic conditions determine what comes after. There are no surprises. The distinction between past, present and future is but an illusion.

Where the notion of time gets tricky is in the realm of quantum mechanics, the laws describing the probalistic behaviour of particles. Time in quantum mechanics is rigid rather than bending and interweaving as in general relativity. The paradox is that physics’ two main theories make different statements.

For one to solve the mystery of time, one must wrestle with Einstein’s space-time continuum and the knowledge that the universe is fundamentally quantum, ruled by chance and uncertainty. Chance is the nature of the universe, unpredictable by nature. And on goes our chaotic universe.

Now, I flat out do not possess a genius’ synaptic capabilities to even remotely attempt to solve the mystery of time. But, it don’t mean I ain’t crazy enough to try. After much drafting, I disturbingly invented the Electro Chaos Field Generator (ECFG) in a chaotic attempt to solve the mystery of time.

The following diagrams were designed to somehow process quantum entanglement, black holes and chaos. Any results are surely improbable, yet unpredictable.

WARNING! Please be advised that any attempt to decipher these diagrams is senseless, unadvised and may lead to chaos, madness, if not quantum entanglement. You’ve been warned.

INSTRUCTIONS: First, you start all Field Generators. As usual, nothing happens. But, if you start hearing sounds, feel vibrations, or experience any other sensorial input, you’ve most likely lost it and have entered an altered state of neurotic entanglement. You should have read the warning.
